Every restaurant needs a complete organization in all aspects. Libertad had a comprehensive deficiency in both its internal and external systems.
It was a priority to know how to organize the inventories and have them in an efficient system and how the staff would handle it.

Organizational systems often fail if they lack specifications. The role given to each employee fully complied with the qualities of each of them to cover all the points that we had a disadvantage.

By having a better internally armed system, we started with the external and thus put everything in order, which prevented us from providing a top-quality service. The method of orders and collection was different for the approach that we wanted to have; we improved the system by one that is more user-friendly and more useful for the establishment.
